Mount Si Fungi is a small, family-owned and run urban mushroom farm. Located in the beautiful Snoqualmie Valley, we cultivate indoor gourmet mushrooms, including shiitake, lion's mane, etc., year-round. We also have a food processing facility, The Fungi Kitchen, which develops and produces mushroom centric value-added non-perishable products, including dried mushrooms, mushroom powder, mushroom tinctures, mushroom salt, mushroom cacao, etc. Most of our products are made with the mushrooms we grow. Nothing goes to waste! We currently sell our products in selected farmers markets, local markets, and online.
