At CAE's we lovingly create unique, small batch wine jellies, preserves, and confections meant to awaken the palate and indulge the senses. Our greatest joy is opening a world of new flavor combinations for our customers.
Our candy flavors are naturally derived from the ingredients. Our tea and espresso lollipops are made with actual chai and ginger lemon teas and spices and we make our own espresso syrup with brewed espresso, sugar, and care. We choose not to use artificial flavoring and only add natural flavor oils when necessary.
We encourage patrons to hold our candies up to the light to see the slow roasted fruit purees, zests, and spices included in our confections!
CAE's endeavors to use as local produce and herbs and spices in all preserves and confections. Prior to the pandemic, we received may compliments from our patrons on our use of natural, recyclable, and compostable materials and our avoidance of any plastics in our sampling and packaging of products. CAE's continues to use only natural materials for product packaging and locally produced inputs for our products. For example, we use local honey from a fellow vendor for our Honey Vanilla Lollipops and fruit from nearby growers for our roasted fruit purees to use in our fruit-flavored candies and seasonal preserves. We make a point to not use any artificial flavors or colors in our products and allow the natural flavors and colors to shine through in our products. We proudly hold our candies up to the light to show patrons the real fruit and zests in our products. CAE's does not believe in adding any fake stuff to our products, so you can be sure only true, natural ingredients are in CAE's goodies.
