I am a retired Chicago Police Officer that spent 21 years on the force, achieving the rank of Sergeant. I went to work for The Boeing Company the last ten years, moving from Chicago to McKinney 5 years ago. Last year I officially began my business which has been a personal dream of mine. Since opening part time, I have managed to significantly increase business and now work the business full time. I look forward to further expanding my business and making my customers happy through my food creations!
