Vegan University

Vegan University promotes plant-based eating as a healthy and sustainable way of living. We attend multiple farmers markets and other events each year to show people how to eat a more plant-based diet if they so choose. We hand out plant-based recipes to go with the produce sold at markets and offer a variety of educational information about plant-based nutrition. We also promote our local plant-based cooking classes and online meal planning and nutrition workshops.
