The Press

The Press offers a unique grilled cheese sandwich that is as wholesome as it is delicious. We care about the sustainability of our food system and the quality of our product. All of our sandwiches are made on freshly baked, small-batch sourdough focaccia. The secret is in the starter; our wholemeal sourdough starter provides a signature, nuanced flavor to our bread, one that can only exist in Tampa Bay due to the climate and wild yeasts in the air. All of our vegetables are grown locally and hand-selected by professionally trained chefs. Our values and the specificity of our practices mark our product; each sandwich is distinguishably fresh and delicious.
