I once lived in the Caribbean in St Thomas, USVI. Much of my art is influenced by this. From the deep blues in the Ocean to the gorgeous flowers that bloom! Today I am an abstract artist that paints with cold wax and oil. This takes the "flatness" out of oil painting and allows the translucency to come through!
