Sitsirya is a 1-woman owned business specializing in Filipino-fusion baked treats. My goal is to share a little bit about my culture via delicious traditional Filipino pastries while also creating modern twists with the Philippine ingredients and other Asian and Western flavors I know and love.

I started Sitsirya after working as a professional baker in Manhattan for several years. After much soul-searching I built up the courage to start doing pop-ups in my Brooklyn neighborhood to test the waters and finally opened officially in Winter 2022. I moved the business to Middletown, NY Summer 2022 and have been selling at Farmers Markets in the Hudson Valley (Beacon, Piermont, Tuxedo Park and Palisades). The response has been tremendous and life-affirming for me. Being able to meet my customers face to face and knowing that my labor of love is appreciated is the best feeling in the world and I know I finally chose the right path in my life.
