Aloha! I am a kanaka oiwi farmer, educator, food as medicine advocate, health food producer and Hawaiian cultural practitioner. I was raised by a mother who loved spice and chili peppers, and witnessed the health benefits from them. Wanting to share my elixirs with a far reach, I am active in farmers markets and large events throughout the community. My creations have been awarded, and my story has been published in magazines, newspapers, online interviews, and in podcasts. I'm humbled, honored, and empowered to improve the health of our people one Shot at a time.
