I started off my business as a fine dining chef in New Orleans Louisiana I’m a world round chef cooking anything from steaks to octopus or streets eats they make like such as tacos to seafood pastas for my clients. I have now not only do catering but have purchase my food truck that serve my native food like seafood gumbo, cajun jambalaya, boudin balls and beignets
