About

Founded in 2012, All Things Wild is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit located in Georgetown. The mission is to rescue and rehabilitate injured, orphaned, and sick wild animals and return them to the wild. All Things Wild operates a wildlife rehabilitation center a few miles north of downtown Georgetown where, during 2022, almost 3,000 animals were admitted for treatment and care. Wild animals are found and brought to the center by members of the general public as well as law enforcement such as animal control. All Things Wild also has an education program where volunteer bring ambassador animals to schools and groups to education kids and adults about the wonders of wildlife and co-existing peacefully with wild animals. Wildlife rehabilitation is not funded by any governmental entities and is dependent on donations from the general public.
