Small batch homemade pickles, made with love and homegrown organic ingredients wherever possible! Tangy & tart - yummmmmy!

Our dilled asparagus spears / bites are legendary - once you have one, you won't be able to resist a second... until, whoops, there goes the whole jar - how did that happen! Puckering perfection :)

And we don't stop there - we've got Bread & Butter pickles, cooked from a traditional sweet & sour recipe, which my grandma used to make. Pickled beets are divine in salads, as are pepperoncini!

A good pickle is all about balancing the acidity of the vinegar with the crunch of the vegetable and the coolness of the salt and spices.
