Mulberry Farms

Mulberry Farms grows a variety of crops for Central Iowa Shelter and Services. We hire unsheltered individuals from our shelter and the community at large and employ them in a variety of gardening and farming positions. Our main operation is a new 3,600 square food greenhouse which uses hydroponics to produce lettuce year around. This greenhouse grows such an abundance that we are now looking to sell our excess produce to the community at large. By growing this produce we both provide nutritious produce to our clients and put them back to work in a calm, safe, and meaningful environment.
