IDLY is is family owned and run since 2018
We began in Miami where the chef was born and raised. The chef has deep Cuban roots bringing authentic Cuban flavor to all of our dishes. The Cuban Sandwich being described by our customer as the best Cuban Sandwich in town. We also brought an authentic Miami sandwich the Frita Cubana, a special blend of ground pork and angus beef with sofrito and diced onions with American cheese on Cuban buns with pixie stix. Every dish that comes out of our kitchen is made with love from our family to yours.

Growing up my favorite place was in my grandmothers kitchen, where I learned to cook the most amazing Cuban Cuisines. I have a passion for cooking and being able to share passion with others is a blessing.
