Aloha! Nature Macarons is a woman-owned small business based in Honolulu, Oahu offering high-quality handcrafted French macarons made with sunny and comforting flavors. We source our ingredients locally as much as we can. Our Macarons can be enjoyed in events or as everyday treats.
I am Soriya the owner. I am Cambodian, Vietnamese but was born and grew up in France. I studied business in Paris then decided that my Masters degree in International Business would help me built my own company in the field I love which is food, baking, cooking. While I was a business developer for a French bakery in Los Angeles, I passed a certification and became a certified professional baker in France. Today I decided to specialize in French Macarons which is one of my favorite delicacy and love to share my passion through gatherings, sells, classes etc.
