Trinbago Pepper Sauce
Specialty Food Artisan
Made locally Trinbago Pepper Sauce is our family’s version of “Trini Peppa Sauce”. Originating in Trinidad & Tobago, handed down from generation to generation, most recently from my grandparents, Felix and Shafina. They've given it to us to share with the world.
This pepper sauce is made from fresh habaneros and limes, and is certain to ignite a flavor carnival in each bite! It can be blended into any recipe or topped on any plate. From our table to yours. We hope you enjoy!

I make the sauce locally at the old Redding's Market building on the corner of Oneida and Rivermet off Lake Ave.
I'm planning to purchase the space from Ed Ficaro the brother of the ex-owner and dear friend of ours Tony Ficaro (Owner of Splendid Fare Catering) who has recently past away.
I'm planning to manage the space and rent it out as a commissary and storage (frozen, cold, dry) to local vendors and food trucks at an affordable rate. A hub for business growth for the Fort Wayne community.
This is the same kitchen my mother started her catering company/cafe "Comfort Food Cafe" which was in the Rousseau Centre in the City County Building then moved to the basement of Citizen Square.
