Hi there! In 2017 I had the incredibly good fortune to make cheese professionally at Parish Hill Creamery in Vermont alongside Peter Dixon, renowned for his cheesemaker training, educator, and consulting experience, which has spanned the globe. I developed Seacoast Cheese Maven to help promote and sell more local/regional handmade cheese, and in turn support small scale dairy in our region. I love to talk about cheese and cheesemaking with anyone who will listen!
