Salvation Salumi hand crafts dry-cured salamis and whole muscle meats.
Our whole muscle products are slow-aged, and made in the traditional style. They are typically lean, low in salt, and high protein. Our salamis are made in the old world style, relying on gentle incubation and slow curing to create a satisfying texture and complex flavor profile that reflects our artisanal small batch process.
Our head salumist produces all of our products in our custom maker space located in historic Leander, Texas.
We offer a range of traditional, regional styles as well as proprietary exclusive flavors that have become customer favorites.
