We are a small 1 acre farm in Madison Tennessee. We grow on a 1/2 acre. We grow veggies, herbs, fruits, flowers and have eggs. We adhere to organic principals but we are not certified yet. We also preserve our bounty with jams, pickles and salsas. Over the years we have slowly grown in order to regenerate our soil, and never waste. We are 99 percent sustainable in our packaging and do not use single use plastic.

I created the farm in 2019 from nothing but a dream , with the loving support ( and taste testing expertise) of my husband , all while guarded by our beloved watch dog, Scottie. I was born a southern gal , from Georgia , moving back to the south after 16 years living in NYC and working in food as a pastry chef & baker experiencing the summer heat again and reconnecting with the vegetables native to the south became a way of reclaiming my past. As for my husband, he traveled the world , speaks almost fluent Spanish ( hence where our name for our farm was derived) and his supportive nature guides me along this wild adventure.
