Born in San Diego close to the boarder of Mexico, Son to Hawaiian local surfboard shaper and laminator DG. Always dreamed of opening a Burrito and Mexican food restaurant here in Hawaii that focus' on southern California style Mexican food which was created by or friends south of the boarder. I only use produce from our local farmers to create many of my burrito ingredients such as pico de Gallo, guacamole and salsa. I have served in the US Coast Guard for over 14 years, manly focused on naval engineering but minoring on culinary arts.
