About

Homeless Emergency Project d/b/a Homeless Empowerment Program has been serving homeless, low-income individuals and veterans experiencing homelessness toward self-sufficiency. HEP's Urban Empowerment Garden crop shares with HEP's dining hall, which serves 3 meals a day, 7 days a week; residents and volunteers help tend to the crops that support the dining hall and the Mobile Market's crop plan.
