Simply Scones

WHY I LOVE IT
I have always been involved in the restaurants and events industry but baking is my passion (and my coworkers never get sick of surprise scones). I have always LOVED scones but hated nothing more than biting into one and needing to chug water. I have spent quite some time perfecting my recipe to uphold the true nature of scones while also eliminating the dryness!
