We opened in April of 2019 in Boise..My daughter Heather deBoer is a part owner and a pastry chef we have had a interesti ng 3plus years in Boise we first had to fight the large bakery in the parking lot that we opened in and following the provided CCRS of the development and has that tseemed to come to a resolution the virus became a thing... we are a full service bakery doing mainly pastries no bread as of now..We would like to bring our 6 inch pies to the market we feature apple, carmel apple, cherry, a mixed berry, peach and strawberry rhubarb these would be our basic pies with spcialty blend pies mixed in .. All parts of the pie are made from scratch in our bakery...
