Growing up I’ve learned so much about my culture and love all the art I see specifically the beadwork! I decided to learn the arts, and I picked up a beading needle and beads and got to work. I love all the bright colors and symbolism and love sharing my culture with everyone else. I make a lot of beaded earrings, necklaces, bracelets and I paint a lot of hats!

I am the first gen from my family, my parents are from Nayarit Mexico. Which is home to many indigenous natives that have migrated from many other parts of Mexico. I’ve learned so much about my culture and love sharing with others!
