Rebel Roots Coffee

My husband and I are local to Celina and own Rebel Roots.

We are Rebel Roots, a coffee roaster and creator of all things wellness. The concept of roots permeates everything we do. Roots are a story, a memory, an adventure. Our family has been roasting coffee and focusing on wellness for generations, and now we are restoring our roots.

Our main priority is sourcing responsibly, sustainably, and locally grown ingredients, as this is something we feel strongly for our own family. We turned our passion for coffee and herbs into something we can share with our community.

We are a roast-to-order micro-roaster, to ensure the ultimate freshness of your coffee. We only source organic beans. Our green coffee beans come from small and independent farms, that treat their workers right. What’s even better about supporting a local roaster is we have the opportunity to inspect our green coffee beans in greater detail and check for any defects. Additionally, you get to drink coffee at peak freshness, within only a few days or weeks after roasting.

We make our own organic herbal tea blends for aiding in digestive support, calming, and uplifting your mood, and prenatal support. We make an herbal tincture called Dit Da Jow, a Chinese Liniment, that aids in joint pain, and sore muscles, and alleviates bruises.

We also make Fire Cider. Our fire cider tonic is a raw apple cider vinegar tonic, infused with powerful plants and herbs. Fire cider is an herbal remedy to boost the immune system, defend from illness, and support whole body health. Every batch is crafted with raw organic ingredients and not only incorporates common tonic ingredients such as turmeric, ginger, and horseradish but includes Chinese spices for adding healing benefits.
