'Ttu' means fermented foods in Armenian. At this fram stand you will find an array of tasty fermented vegetables which will enhance your meals and provide you with health benefits. Salt, vinegar, herbs and spices are the only ingredients used to make the brine. The vegetables are processed at their prime freshness and packed only in glass jars to reduce the use of plastics.

Have you ever craved a food and could not find one tasting exactly as you remembered it? This is how I started making fermented vegetables and pickles. Working from the memory of how my grandmother fermented vegetables, I eventually worked out my recipe in measurements. Friends and family liked the outcome so much that they not only sought it out on the table at my house but requested it for all the gatherings. Now, I am happy to share these wonderful fermented products with you.
