Newman Style BBQ

Grilling has been my passion since I was young. I decided to take my passion for cooking into a life long career. I attended and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Sacramento, California. After graduation a fellow student and I created Two Man BBQ and I began crafting my bbq style. We entered competitions, became Kansas City BBQ judges and did small catering events. In 2012 my wife got a dream job opportunity and we decided to move to Texas. Once in Texas I started working for a local BBQ company. There I learned the world of catering and worked as a Sous Chef and Catering Manager for the next 7 years. In October 2018, my wife and I welcomed our first child Woodson; thus reigniting my BBQ passion and launching Newman Style BBQ. It is now my pleasure to serve you my BBQ with a twist of California and Texas but uniquely Newman Style.
