Lions Mane

Lions mane is a fun mushroom to grow but the culinary use far exceeds its unique fungus shape. Once you try it...you will be hooked. It has a lobster like taste and texture and is the easiest mushroom to cook. This mushroom just needs a pinch of salt, a clove of garlic and sauté in a heated skillet with geeh (clarified butter).
