Blue oyster mushrooms are sweet in flavor with a firm crunchy texture when sautéed. Use butter or coconut oil, add fresh garlic , black pepper and a dash of soy sauce or tamari. You can also use these ingredients as a marinade to grill them. We grow hundreds of pounds of Blue oyster mushrooms per week.
