My name is Taylor and I am the owner of Forget Me Not Coffee Co. The forget me not flower is the Alaska state flower and that is how the name of the company was born. 🙂 I was born in Idaho but spent 10 years in Alaska before moving back to the treasure valley. I am a nurse still at St. Luke's and have worked there for 8 years. I have a passion for nutrition and am dairy and gluten free myself and always had a hard time going to coffee shops due to my restrictions. I am so happy to bring my trailer to the valley where everyone can get something without feeling like they are missing out!
