Tia's Hot Cakes

My name is Tia Farber, and I love making pancakes. I create my own pancake recipes and cook them fresh to order at the market. I offer two different pancake options, specials, and all the toppings you could ever want! I've never been one to use pancake mixes because I like everything to be from scratch, and not everyone always have the luxury to make them themselves. I also am a health and fitness fanatic, and I have a few healthy tricks up my sleeve to make sure everyone has the chance to give my pancakes a try.
