My name is Lidia, I run Lidia's Empanadas. My kitchen is based out of Woodland Hill Montessori school I create artisanal empanadas with unique fillings. I take pride in all my empanadas because they are created with love and local ingredients. i started my business about 2.5 years ago and I truly enjoy what I do.

Hi I'm Lidia the owner of Lidia's Empanadas. I started my business about 2.5 years ago. I started selling in Troy and I've grown to sell at the Schenectady farmers market and now I would love to add another market to my resume. A little about me. I'm a Latina from Colombian and Guatemalan background, I grew up in Florida but have been living in the Capital region for the last 12 years, I wen to Saint Rose and got a degree in Communication science and Disorder but food has always been my passion. So with the support of my family I took a leap of faith and here I am. I truly wont work a single day because I truly love what I do.
