Kathleen & Joe Sansonetti present their high quality Michigan made gourmet sauces produced in their gluten free, dairy free professional kitchen. They have created a line of handcrafted artisan food products ranging from pasta sauces to mustards, vinaigrettes and unique barbecue sauces and salsas.
Joe sautés the garlic and grills the vegetables for delicious and fresh tasting Pasta Sauces. Sansonetti Sauces uses fresh garden basil, eggplant, peppers & San Marzano tomatoes harvested from their garden and supplemented with Michigan grown produce.
“Michigan” barbecue sauces feature Michigan products such as Apples, Cherries and Maple Syrup. They have exceptional mustards for mustard lovers; Spicy Curry Mustard, Michigan Honey Mustard and Roasted Red Pepper Mustard, which won a gold medal in the Napa Valley World Wide Mustard Festival Competition.
The freshest produce, the highest quality spices and ingredients and small batch size combine to create outstanding Sansonetti products.
While we are not certified organic we use no pesticides in our garden & strive for producing the cleanest possible food products including avoiding gmo ingredients.
