We offer all-natural, pasture-raised beef from high quality, registered, 100% black angus cattle, all-natural pork, free range chickens & eggs, and seasonal no-spray vegetables.
Additionally, we offer a large variety of homemade baked goods; including breads, muffins, scones, cupcakes, pies, cookies, cakes, & brownies. Ingredients are sourced from our farm & other local markets to guarantee the highest level of freshness. Our farmhouse kitchen is certified by the NYS Department of Agriculture and Markets Division of Food Safety and Inspection, with an annual certification for the Home Processor License.
Previous farmer's markets have lovingly referred to us as "the butcher & the baker".

We pride ourselves on providing high quality, all-natural meats that are cared for from birth until finish. Our farm is not certified as organic, however, we don't use any pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. Our holistic-management practices maintain a regenerative relationship between the livestock and the land. Animals are pasture raised on a rotation grazing system that works to add soil fertility and organic matter.

We are a fourth-generation farm located in Central Bridge, NY. The farm was established in 1926, encompassing 214 acres of pasture & hay land. We are a family farm and take great pride in providing our land and livestock with the best possible care. In 2022, we opened a small store focused on selling products grown, gathered, and made on our farm. Customers enjoy visiting our farm to shop and see first-hand the care placed in every product.
