All of our cheese is made with milk from a single source-our family's own milking herd. Our cheese gets its special taste from the care and dedication that goes into every step of the process: from birthing and raising the sweet cows on our farm, their daily care and feeding, milking and turning that wholesome milk into cheese.

We grow all the forages used to feed our cows on our farm with a focus on conservation. Our heifers are raised on the rolling pastures and our cows enjoy the fields surrounding the dairy. We have practiced no-till farming and the use of cover-crops on our rolling hills for many years, they are a great match for the diversified crop rotations needed to feed our cows a nutritious sustainable diet.
