My name is Stefanie Dahl. My husband and I own a German food truck. I am German and my husband is a born and raised Tampa boy. We developed our own bratwurst (sausage) recipe, make an amazing German potato salad, Sauerkraut, cucumber salad, Currywurst, Schmalzbrot and more. We pride ourselves in authentic German food served in biodegradable containers.
