Madman Pop Up

My name is Jahquari Greene and I am a West Indian chef from New York City. My specialty is Trinidadian and Panamanian food. The dish that I am most known for is the wonderful Trini street food doubles. I love sharing food from my culture so I hope that being a part of the farmer’s market I am able to utilize amazing ingredients into the food that I prepare for the community.
