The mission of Ed's Breads is to bring whole grain sourdough baked goods back into peoples’ diets as a staple of nutrition. We sustainably source our ingredients from local mills and farms and all our breads are vegan, while containing no added sugar. Our artisanal products are naturally fermented to showcase the complex flavor of the grains, keeping the breads fresher, longer. I hope you enjoy eating them as much as I enjoy making them.
