The Columbia Bar grew out of a desire to build a better snack bar and features locally sourced ingredients including blueberries and black garlic. Owner and operator, Ivan Sultan, is passionate about local, sustainable food that tastes great and is free of additives or preservatives. The Columbia Energy Bar is packed with nutrients from whole plant based ingredients that help Fuel the Adventure.
Ivan Sultan is the sole proprietor, head chief and bottle washer at The Columbia Bar. He has been cooking since he was able to see over the edge of stove. Ivan has 20 years of experience in Physical Therapy, is further educated in nutrition, and is passionate about creating great tasting foods from local and sustainably sourced ingredients. Ivan is also an avid outdoorsman and has been bringing great tasting and nutritionally sound snack bars to the PNW coast for several years.
