Savory Alaska

We sell wild, hook-and-line caught seafood harvested from the icy and pristine waters of Southeast Alaska. Our fish are hand processed by the fishermen within minutes of being landed on deck. The fish are gutted, bled, and put on ice before being brought to the processor in town to be filleted, vacuum sealed, and flash frozen. All of our frozen products are shipped from Juneau on Alaska Airlines and they stay frozen until the customer thaws them. If you want it fresher, you just have to go catch it yourself!
