Nikki Arcé is a Portland-based vegan pastry chef with roots in Southern California. Her relationship with food is deeply intertwined with both cultural exploration and personal healing. After struggling with Orthorexia Nervosa—an obsession with restrictive eating behaviors—her relationship with food became strained in early adulthood. It wasn’t until she discovered the art of pastry that Nikki was able to rebuild that connection. Through baking, she found a path to recovery, using every vegan pastry she creates as a way to celebrate flavor, community, and her ongoing journey to embrace food as nourishment for both body and soul.
