In the pursuit of recovering from an eating disorder, I became a chef. Over the course of a decade, I battled with Orthorexia Nervosa, an unofficial eating disorder, that highly impacted my relationship with food, myself, and life. In 2018, I moved to Portland, Oregon from San Bernardino, California to establish myself as a vegan pastry chef in the local food scene. Pastry arts helped repair my relationship with food. Every pastry I make and share with others helps me within my recovery practice. Thank you for letting me share my love of vegan pastries with you.
