Gayle V's Best Ever Grilled cheese started in 2010 at the Lincoln Park Green City Market in Chicago. Still there (Outside May through October every Wednesday and Saturday) (Inside November through April at the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum) using only ingredients sourced locally and from farmers market vendors (90% from that market).
