Gayle V's Best Ever Grilled Cheese

I started at the farmers market selling Prairie Pure Cheese and thought since I had the best cheese and the amazing bread guy (Bennison's Bakery) and the fresh butter was on the other side of the market (Nordic Creamery) maybe I should make a grilled cheese. And so it started om 2010. I opened my restaurant in downtown Chicago in 2016 and now do 6 outdoor markets in the summer and 1 indoor market in the winter beside the restaurant. We started doing catering and late night bites at weddings as well. We do offer a room/s to rent with a view of State Street for meetings, weddings, showers or just a party. All the grilled cheese are made with farmers market products or a couple locally sourced ingredients. No food distributor items on our sandwiches. We support over 24 other small businesses!!
