Babkush

Babkush is a small-scale bakery focused on celebrating global Jewish food traditions. Many of the items produced are ones I grew up eating. Others are inspired by the foods and flavors of Jewish communities from around the world. I get extra-excited about the special treats that are prepared for all the holidays occurring throughout the year - especially since so many of them are tied to harvest festivals!

Babkush is also an attempt to build a business that aligns with my values. With that in mind, I’ve committed to donating a portion of sales to causes that I believe in, particularly social justice organizations, and operating in a way that centers and builds community.
