Jalapeno maple mustard

Sweet with a bite of heat. As soon as you think it is sweet, here comes the heat. As soon as you think it's hot, here comes the sweetness. It's not overwhelmingly hot but it does have a good zip to it. I rejected the idea of this mustard, thank goodness that I was overruled. I don't even like mustard but I use about a jar per month. Use it on anything that you would use any other mustard on for a much tastier experience. I use it on sandwiches, glaze hams and dip pretzels and chips into it.
