I am a fifth generation farmer. I produce pure maple syrup, spread and sugar. I also collaborate with another pure maple producer on pure maple value added products. I offer some of these collaborated products for sale. These products include fruit infused maple syrup, maple bbq sauce, and maple jalapeno mustard. A high standard of quality has become a family tradition to ensure a sustainable farm for the next generation to continue.f
We use all stainless steel storage tanks and equipment versus poly or plastic to ensure that we can completely clean our equipment. All of our equipment and tools are of the latest technology. We process our sap into syrup promptly. We are very focused on every detail to create the best maple products that our customers have come to expect.
