Chef turned entrepreneur Puneet Sikand brings us a range of easy-to-use, economical and authentic spice blends for Indian, British-Indian and Subcontinetal cuisine. The blends are made by hand in Reston, VA and are designed to replace a shelf full of exotic spiceswith one perfectly balanced mix, that does all the work of getting the taste just right.
Chef Puneet got his first start in India, at the storied Maurya Hotel in New Delhi - a fabled location famosu for the quality of its food offerings. he then moved to Mumbai where he ran the Pavilion in the Maratha Hotel. in the summer of 2011, he moved to New York City, where he spent the next 10 years working in many dining destinations as a leader in fine-dining, quick service, and even food manufacturing.
2020 brought him to Fairfax County, wher he initally worked at Capital One Arena in DC and later at Google Reston. After spending over 15 years of working for someone, he decided to work for himself and combine his passion for Indian cuisine with his love for American food, to create a truly unique product that stands apart from the others. He now would like to invite you to get a taste of what well-seasoned, carefully-prepared Indian cuisine should taste like, and empower you with the ability to do it for yourself with minimal effort.
