I am an organic gardener, former Urban Produce (now Waco Farms) greenhouse helper and accomplished baker. I handcraft small batch sauces, pestos and jellies and I bake a combination of unique novel favorites like Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls, Gluten-free Almond Flour Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookies, authentic San Francisco-style Tartine Country Sourdough Loaf, Dutch Oven Jalapeño Cheese Bread, and Sourdough Banana Bread, Mini Quiches, Individual Chicken Pot Pies and many flavors of tartlets and pies as well as an item very near to my heart-Neapolitan-style Pizza.

I played soccer at Sewanee (the University of the South) and graduated with a B.A. in German and a Concentration in Music in 1996. In the past I have held jobs as an Aide to the Sports Deak as well as Librarian at the Waco Tribune-Herald as well as worked as a coach and school teacher. For the last four years I worked as a Supervisor at Collin Street Bakery in Bellmead and for the last year and a half I have been running my stand monthly at the Lorena Farmers Market with great success. I am currently the entire team, but an increase in business would lead to me acquiring a helper. I have an entirely covered professional organic garden in which I grow as many cherry tomatoes, peppers and blackberries and basil as I can to make some of my jellies. salsas, pestos and hot sauces out of. The
combination of the knowledge I have gained at the bakery coupled my recent inheritance of rental property has put me in a position to transition into running my business full-time.
