I've enjoyed crafting and creating after I retired and had some urges to spend time painting and creating some light and sparkle for my own garden! I had a great position before retirement that provided alot of working with sponsors and various people and that's just in you. SO once you retire, you want to meet and talk to peeps. The creative ideas and need to create kept coming so I started a path of creating and learning how to source the right elements and expanding my artistry with experimental forms, fishing line and metals. I landed on using a variety of plant stakes that I could cut and mold to what I use today and the fishing line is pliable and strong. I've continued with the encouragement and took a big leap to be a vendor at a huge event in Mt Dora. It took me a month to create enough inventory, but I still had some left over, which was also great! It's all a great learning opportunity and getting to talk to so many people and vendors who love to do what they do is a gift!.

I'm the sole owner and the only creator. My craft is handled only by me- I get ideas and experiment -I spend the time I have to let the creative juices flow and I can't help but create original pieces. My business goal is to continue to enjoy creating, share that joy via product, with customers and learn from them and others to continue the creative process. Community is important to me- I appreciate being a part of the art/craft community.
