Strange Magic Vegan Kitchen

Strange Magic Vegan Kitchen is a vegan pop-up/catering company that specializes in ferments and nostalgic Americana favorites. We operate buffet/cafeteria style offering vegan hot plates, with 2 or 3 sides, a ferment bar with accommodating sauce and condiments, vegan cinnamon rolls, and fruit tea. Our buffet “mains” consists of things like: Fried Chickun Tofu, Ethiopian lentil stuffed cabbage rolls, Sausage Pesto Fried Ravioli. Our sides can include items such as: locally sourced marinated veggies, crispy Cajun potatoes, gluten free macaroni salad, Kale and collards, Butternut/Sweet Potato mash, Antipasta Salad, Hashbrown Casserole, Buffalo Chickpea salad, etc. We try our best to source as local and organic as possible.
