Pair-A-Dice Acres

We started growing vegetables in 2017 and realized our ability to grow produce far exceeded the capacity we and our family and friends could consume.

Realizing this, I suggested to David that we apply to sell at the local farmer's market. As we debated whether a farmer’s market was something we wanted to commit to, we knew we would need to have a wider variety of crops to offer. That is when our daughter-in-law suggested microgreens as an addition to our products. David did a significant amount of research and grow trials and microgreens quickly became one of our staple offerings.

Pair-A-Dice Acres was officially created and has been participating in the Williamsburg Farmers Market since 2018. Interest from local chefs expanded our focus to meet farm-to-table restaurant needs for several of the top-rated local restaurants.

Our farm started as our retirement plan. The farmers market and restaurant support has turned our simple retirement dream into a year-round production farm with several employees.
